Individualized and small group fitness coaching specifically designed to help you effectively reach your health and wellness goals. Each routine is custom designed with your specific goals in mind. Packages are available and YOU get to decide what works best for you.

Nutrition Coaching

Tailored nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle. Let’s be honest, there is no one size fits all when it comes to a solid plan. What work for one person, doesn’t always work for another. Our coaching style is to focus on YOU and what is going to work best while also allowing you to reach your goals.

Group Exercise Classes

A variety of exercise classes are provided and forever growing. There is no limit to what we can offer. As long as there is a demand from the community, we can make it happen!

Prenatal/Postpartum Programs

There are no limits to what we can accomplish during your pregnancy and beyond. We are dedicated to creating an environment where you feel safe and healthy during your prenatal and postpartum stages.

Sports Performance

Our sports performance program is great for any athlete looking to reach goals related to improving mobility, speed, power, and strength. This program is great for the individual athlete with specific goals or in a small group setting where the athletes can focus on healthy competition while reaching individual goals.

Consultation

This is a one hour consultation where we really get to know each other. This consultation is required for anyone starting a fitness or nutrition package. It is important to us that you make a connection with your coach prior to committing to any packages.

Cupping

Cupping is a great way to relieve muscle tension, increase blood flow, and minimize stress. Static cupping is the most widely used technique however scraping cupping is available for those looking to get some stubborn, troubled areas loosened up.

Thera-gun Massage

Feel free to come in early, stay after a workout, or utilize the benefits of a massage gun as a stand alone appointment. Increase blood flow and maintain mobility with a 15 minute session.

Virtual Training
