Group Exercise Classes

  • Tuesday Youth Boxing 4pm (ages 11-18)

    This class focuses on teaching our youth/teen age groups a variety of boxing combinations including punches and kicks. Participants should bring their own gloves and pads. This class runs on a monthly schedule.

  • Tuesday Full Body Strength 5pm

    This class runs in a 6 week series on Tuesdays at 5:00pm and is 45 minutes in length. We focus on strengthening the whole body while utilizing a variety of equipment.

  • Wednesday Boxing 5pm

    This class runs on a 6 week series and is filled with energy as we work in a small group circuit learning boxing combinations as well as full body strength and core moves. Participants should bring their own gloves and pads.

  • Thursday Full Body Strength 10am

    This class runs in a 6 week series on Thursdays at 10 am and is 45 minutes in length. We focus on full body strengthening with a variety of equipment.

  • Saturday HIIT and Core 8am

    This class runs in a 6 week series on Saturday mornings from October - end of May. It is 45 minutes in length. During this class we do a variety of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with core moves. Heart rates climb high! If you are worried about impact with this type of class, don’t fret… we show you low impact modifications to protect the joints while still getting a good calorie burn!

    There are so many class potentials and opportunities from stretch and mobility to circuit training to offering more of what we have here. We would also like to start offering classes for littles ages 3-5 as well! If you have ideas or know there is a demand, don’t hesitate to reach out! We want to hear from you.
