  • Do you have monthly memberships for classes?

    No. Group exercises classes are ongoing however they are grouped together in a 6 week series. Routines will change every 6 weeks. The only class that is offered monthly is youth boxing.

  • How long are group exercise classes?

    Group exercise classes are typically 45 minutes for adults. Classes being offered in the future for younger ages will be 30 minutes in length.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Yourself, clean shoes to change in to, your workout attire and a water bottle. Those participating in boxing classes should also bring gloves and pads.

  • Do I have to have a consultation to get started?

    Anyone interested in fitness or nutrition coaching should first complete a consultation. During the consultation we will discuss past and present fitness/nutrition history, your goals, and expectations. This is completed prior to ever committing to a package.

  • Can I bring my child(ren) with to sessions?

    YES! Absolutely! Of course!

  • How do I know which class is right for me?

    All classes are designed to make you feel comfortable and confident. Whether you are new to working out, or have worked out for years. Our classes accomodate everyone in which each class we show modifications, progressions, and alternate options.
