Monday Circuit 5:30am
We’ve got a new class for all you early birds! Join us in this 45 minute full body circuit training style class to get your week started off right!

Tuesday Full Body Circuit 10am
A combination of strength and cardio moves designed to keep you moving the entire time! Great for all fitness levels.

Tuesday Full Body Strength 5pm
Tuesdays at 5:00pm and is 45 minutes in length. We focus on strengthening the whole body while utilizing a variety of equipment.

Wednesday Boxing 5:15pm
This class is filled with energy as we work in a small group circuit learning boxing combinations as well as full body strength and core moves. Participants should bring their own gloves and pads.

Thursday Full Body Strength 10am
Thursdays at 10 am and is 45 minutes in length. We focus on full body strengthening with a variety of equipment.

Thursday Trainer's Choice 5pm
Trainer’s Choice classes give you a ton of variety as each week the class changes! Experience outdoor sessions, circuits, and a variety of strength sessions.

Friday Circuit 5:30am
Round out your week with a circuit style class that focuses on strength and core. This is a 45 minute full body class that pairs very nicely with the other circuit classes.

Saturday HIIT and Core 8am
This is a full body class focused on high intensity interval training with an emphasis in core work. This class is high energy and 45 minutes in length.
